OLD Character Designs

The first character artist for our project, Zaphryon completed thirteen character design sheets and fourteen special illustrations... and then quit without warning in April of 2021. So as not to have wildly incompatible art styles, we are replacing all of the Zaphryon art assets. However, as we spent a full year and multiple order iterations refining the specifics of each cosplay design, outfit, hairstyle, and general character appearances, Zaphryon's work remains with the project as concept references for the artist who will replace him.

Replacement Audition Designs

Three months after Zaphryon's departure, I was able to hire a small selection of artists to do test work for us. Each of their works was then voted on by patrons for hiring the respective artist on as our replacement character artist. Test designs were judged on aesthetic, quality, completion time, price, and compatibility with the project.
