It looks better in ways I didn't expect, and worse in other ways, haha. My big issue is that he ignored my reference and put her in a different kind of trailer park. Might touch up the image a bit myself later, make Tabitha a bit more pale, make her top less sheer, and give her more defined pupils.

Still think this guy's a great choice for doing AnimeCon Harem covers, it's just his waiting list doesn't open often and I'm worried I won't have the funds free to put up for it in the next couple months.

The hand looks kinda like a man's hand, other than that looks great

How much do covers by this artist cost?

I think it's awesome.

I think the two extremities shown here are a little off. The hand has a bit of old-crone musculature to it. The shading implies that kind of taut skin wrapped around the muscles in a way that traditionally shows age. Even as thin as she is, I think her hand would be a little more... fleshy and supple looking. Her foot gives me the same vibes for the same reasons. The shading on it really gives me that "this skin is like old leather wrapped around the muscles". I think the heavy wrinkling on the heel is what tips that particular part over the "age line" so to speak. I know that feet actually have wrinkles there even at a young age because of how the skin moves, but I guess it's just one feature that's too detailed by comparison and makes it look a little out of place. The composition of the shot is A-grade. I really like the pose and the expression in this one. The framing on the trailers and the layering of the background looks excellent. The lighting is great up there as well. Highlights and shadows are all cast appropriately and I don't really spot anything that feels like it's blatantly lit incorrectly. It feels like this artist has spent a lot of time doing light and shadow studies to really nail down how occlusion works on grouped objects too. The background is solid to me as well. At least 10 distinct layers of objects really gives the image a lot of depth and makes it feel like an actual world space. I might argue that the trash heaps are a little bit... overly plentiful, but I suppose given the kind of people her parents are, it's not unreasonable to assume the outside would match the clutter of the inside. Color choices are on point. All of the naturalistic objects have that nice, medium-saturation lushness to them. All of the artificial things, like clothing, objects in the trash piles, etc. have that bright, high-saturation, artificially dyed coloration to them with desaturation appropriate with the object's wear and age. The detailing within those values is really great too: the dirt stains on the jeans, the water damage on the walls, the paint chipping off, among others. Overall, I'd say this was excellently done. Despite the few issues I have with it, it's still an excellent piece and done well enough that I'd personally overlook my misgivings with it in light of the rest of the piece being such quality work.

As good as this is... worth it. If I had the money for it I would probably be contacting them about piece to hang on a wall.

I think that it is very good. She is sitting on the steps to the trailer but I don't see the door!

Really a nice piece of work. I am going to read trailer trash. And I really look forward to a AnimCon piece of art :-)

Might even put a few additional bucks for that :-)
