Nope, as you can see on the series, Karaku, Sekido and Aizetsu are fighting against Genya and Nezuko in the room, while Tanjiro is fighting with Urogi! Nezuko is just buying time until her brother returns... For Mitsuri, I have other ideas, and obviously it won't be Urogi :P
