After rendering this i noticed that the shadows were far too visible and wanted to replicate what i had previously in the scene like this. 

Why it changed in the first place is because i baked the lighting in the scene. It means that the scene has a grid of spots where from it calculates lighting for that position with ray tracing and bakes it into the scene. New lighting will look something like this.
