So after spending 2 days on just the god damn fluid sim because it never works properly, i settled with this mix of fluid sim, texture painting and around 20 000 particles. Gfycat compresses the file quite alot so the download file should show it alot better. I might need to alter the lighting or something to make it more visible in the final version.
