An anonymous tip was dropped off by a dark outfitter peculiar ninja at the base of Askr grounds. A secret lair was to be infiltrated by a stealthy group who excelled at secret arts of the Ninja. It offered a lot of gold upon entering the castle. One issue: it was in the deep sea of a highly crowded Mermetropolis known as Diiptra. Fortunately, the tip came with transformation magic. The Rookie Ninja corps comprised of Hana from Hoshido who was a master of arms samurai for Sakura, Laevatein, second princess of Muspell who got into the Ninja look of curiosity, Ninja duo of Lyn and Florina who became into kunoichis for learning purposes, Shamir who was a well trained mercenary from a place outside of Fodlan who got curious as a new job offer, Igrene who was a Nabatan guardian who also got curious with this Ninja stuff as the kids loved it, and with prior archery knowledge, and Novice Ninja duo Elise and Corrin from Nohr, who were also learning minds in the way of the Ninja. The group found this to be an exciting test of their skills as rookies, as well as making some coin. Transformed into mermaids, the Fire Emblem ninja rookies swam into the deep sea and found the location in record time. They went to spy on the secret lair of a daimyo. As they explored the area that was full of confusion submerged hallways, this never seemed to end. The Daimyo, Hatazou was aware of this due to his scouts hidden all over the castle grounds.With an inviting chuckle, he rolled out the welcome mat to his new guests. Unaware of how to use their new abilities as they wandered out into the castle's glassview garden, suddenly the group was quickly ambushed by the ninja mermaid pros of the Daimyo and are now captive! They're armed to teeth with traditional weapons, Ninja fish personel and weird experimental creatures such as the seaweed gulper.

With the rookies deep in the sea castle and in trouble, The Daimyo's foot soldiers and ninja merfolk have them in a tight squeeze. The ninja duo Lyn and Florina struggled in breaking free from the octoninja who looked tough for a stealthy creature. They might've been trained in swiftness but easily got jumped by this quiet foe. The fiery princess of Muspell was tough with a good arm, but even Laevatein was no match against a snake made of the pure element that douses the flames. The aqua snake was dense enough to prevent her from breaking free as she threatened the creature, however her threats were empty as the aqua creature held her. Hana, while she may be strong, her ninja strike was boisterous enough to get her snagged by this slithering seaweed creature, as it looks like its gulping down that fish. The plants were denser than steel to break free as she grunted in trying to help her partner. Shamir's the one who usually thinks ahead and easily can nail targets from afar, despite not being as enthusiastic like the others, she might've noticed her capture by the green ninjamaid from behind, but she makes no effort to put resistance, knowing how this was too good to be true. Green Ninjamaid even berates her to go along with this. Igrene who was still learning her new form was easily snagged by the other octoninja from the shadows. Her threats also fall in deaf ears as the creature retained her tightly. She might have experience in her desert homeland, but in the sea was another story. And finally are the Nohrian siblings, albeit not by blood. Corrin was frantic as her younger sibling Elise, struggled with the sudden sushi rice wrapping around her, as she tried to help her, she was hogtied easily by the pink Ninjamaid who easily called her out, indeed Corrin was a novice, any average Shinobi would've seen some traps coming, right down to the invitation sent to Askr. To make sure she didn't get any bright ideas, the Ninjamaid even tied her fins to a chainball where she was stuck there, Corrin was at the mercy while she watched in horror as her sibling was trapped in sushi wrap, making her delectable. The black Shinobi who invited them here was suddenly doing selfies with the girls now stuck like this.

Defiant as ever, the Rookie ninjas still struggled for any hopes of escape against their captors, but considering how prepared the Hatazou's forces were, it is impossible.  The octoninja was pretty powerful to release the novice ninja duo as Lyn still defied him and Florina had no luck with breaking loose. Laevatein continued to bark orders at the snake until it started to emit strange, hypnotic lights from its eyes, soon she was caught by its transfixing gaze as she swam into the trance, Hana begged her to come to their senses but she was too enraptured into its gaze, still bound by the powerful weeds of the creature, Her mighty strength wasn't used knowing her friend lost her senses to break free. Knowing it was pointless of breaking free, Shamir knowing that she it's futile to defy her captors and complied, she demands to meet with their boss, whilst Igrene continued to fight against her slimy captor, yelling at it was pointless. Corrin desperately begs against her Ninjamaid captor that she will comply to whatever they had in plan for them, lest Elise would become fish food if she resisted, Elise was weakened since she wasn't as strong like the others, slowly submitting herself to being their captive.

The Rookies now realize that it's hopeless at this point. Their foes were too overpowering. Lyn and Florina were then rendered mute as their captor's tentacle latched on their mouths. Their squeals were heard as they've struggled some more, Laevatein was completely under the snake's control as she was fully submerged to the given commands while Hana's face filled with sinking dread. As Shamir's request to see the Daimyo was made, it was backhanded by the Ninjamaid as she was told to taken to the Den of tentacles, as one can imagine that it houses a large amount of creatures there. Having enough of Igrene's rants, the creature also gagged her with his tentacle to shut her up. Corrin with a defeated look on her face, had no choice but to be their obedient captive as she wasn't in a position to do anything, and this prompted Elise to apologize for her this predicament, had they had better training sessions, this would've been anticipated since they were still learning. With the Rookie kunoichis completely subdued by the Daimyo's sea stealth security force, what did fate have in store for them??
