Payment method changes (Patreon)

I've recently had an issue with a patron who would pledge, take the rewards, then remove it just before the payment day. Since that's a hella scummy move, he's been blocked. But Patreon has brought a new feature where patrons are charged upfront when they pledge. I have enabled said feature so that no issues such as these arise again.
