It was about time I made a sleep aid focused video so here it is. ♡

I fell asleep the first time I recorded this and rolled away from the mic and just had 2 hours worth of silence recorded lmao. I woke up with my mic in my bed like good lord where am I? (☆_@) Anyway after another attempt and accidentally falling asleep 3 more times here we are. Hahaha! I hope someone finds this helpful.♡

I am humming The Skye Boat Song in this video, it is an old Scottish song that I learned as a child and even though the subject matter of the song is serious; I always find the tune very relaxing and nostalgic. (Maybe some of my UK viewers do too?)
