so you cancelled your pre-order .. no physical copy for you? Or do you just grab boxed for older games?

I personally think the limited freedom is the breaking point for me. I couldn't play too far in due to an obvious case of "we made this for consoles" smeared on it. Like with Hitman: Absolution, I don't like to feel forced into action sections in my stealth games nor do I like it when previously engaging stealth takedowns have been reduced to contextual button prompts with cutscenes thrown in the middle. I couldn't handle Thief for too long before complete deleting it from my HDD.

It's rare to even find a physical PC game anymore, honestly. And even then, mostly they require Steam anyway. But I'll grab a boxed one if I find it cheap later on, just for the shelf!

You ever thought of doing a review on the old Journeyman Project games, or SW: Rebel Assault games? Just a suggestion, Like the thoughts on Thief reboot...will probably wait to buy it on sale now

Had been wondering what your thoughts were on this. The general feel I'm getting from a lot of people whose opinions I trust is that the game is alright, but wait until it goes on sale first. I'll be waiting until it drops in price a little I think.

I must admit, I kinda exited gaming for a while when the original Thief games came out. So I'm tempted to try this one first, then go back and visit the originals.
