The surreal is strong in this one. This image tickles me in ways that really stirs my imagination to think about the story and narrative. On the one hand you could take everything at face value and just imagine this world with living guns, drugs that physically transform the consumer into tiny chibi lobsters, or imagine all of this filtered through our characters heads and imagine them sprawled out on a table somewhere thinking their lobsters instead.Just like in real life it’s dangerous to question reality and pull at threads, but in this end scene there isn’t any version so far I’ve imagined that doesn’t make me chuckle. Wonderful stuff, and hope to see more when things calm down again. x
