How to animate an angel (Patreon)

In some downtime I was playing around with some wire + paper tape, and I made this little mock-up based on diagrams of how bird's wings are structured. The wire underneath means you can fold them in or out, so I posed them and took photos to get a rough idea of what I was doing. (photo of the model attached, the body is a small knock off one I got a few years ago for about a tenner).

You can kind of tell the wings are based off of stop motion essentially when you watch it, but I'm happy enough with it for now. Still gotta do basic cell shading on these shots.
