New Glow Tiers (Patreon)

Hi guys, a couple of you may have noticed (and accidentally signed up for) my new Glow tiers. I'll explain whats going on with them.

I want to start uploading Glow to patreon again but I wanted there to be an easier option to opt in or out! The story contains male presenting pregnancy and I know that isn't what some people wanna see.
