A friend of mine is struggling with extreme mental health issues and I've been helping her and her wife through this difficult time.

But I also have been very inspired to write and am in the process of editing a 35k word novella I wrote that is probably the most visceral and real account of things I went through growing up. I had a very difficult childhood to the point that I used to be asked not to talk about it because it was "too depressing."

Well, elements from it made for a very good story when I reframed it in the TubePunk universe. It's about my draco-laquine self (as an icky human at first XD) and I have the power to store and redirect kinetic energy. My sister is a bit of a monster and growing up with her is probably a large part of how I ended up with four personalities. (At one point my parents told me that they couldn't protect me from her and I needed to fight back. Yes, it got that bad.) A character based on her is in the story.

Good news is she (mostly) grew out of being the incredibly vicious and chaotic person she used to be. The character based on her didn't and may end up being one of my best villains.

This story will start coming out soon and I thank y'all for your patience. I'm being told by my earliest beta readers that it's one of the best things I've ever written. That's always awesome to hear!

Oh! And a previously unreleased TF sequence featuring my character will get released along with this story!
