So, since the beginning of this whole world crisis I noticed that it's been a time for some self reflection. During that time you might have found yourself rethinking people, places or situations that cause you stress, or an excess of drama. Today we will look at unhooking you from these and making you feel a bit lighter, more carefree as they won't bother you or steal your energy. 

This is a therapeutic hypnosis file with the intent to hypnotize you and use a few different techniques to remove some of the stress caused by unwanted drama. This will not make you forget anyone, or anything but in fact just removes the hooks people, places or circumstances can place on us to have us locked into that stressful situation. Remember, if you are having trouble with aspects of your life, this is just a tool to help some of the way, you should always seek a therapist or a mental health professional one on one if you can/if you need.
