So, some of you know I have a heck of a time with migraines. It does help that I work from home however migraines are something that can be really debilitating and mess up the day. I've created this small sleep file, as a way to help people with migraines nap them off quickly and more efficiently. The idea behind it is using a mixture of sleep hypnosis and suggestions to move the pain that you feel around to other places so you can have a nap and then wake up and go about your day. 

Let me know how this goes, this is my first time diving into pain relief and this kind of file. I hope this helps some of you.

I'm really excited to try this the next time I have a migraine and am trying to nap it away without spending 6-10 hours asleep
