This is for all those people who want something to help them get to sleep and stay asleep throughout the night. Patrons get the downloadable version of this track so you can loop this to your heart's content versus the YouTube version which will be set at 4 hours. 

In this soft spoken file, we talk about some of the things that happen while we sleep. We discuss relaxing and how you can easily and effortlessly just allow yourself to drift. The full loop is about 6 minutes long and is looped over and over to give you a sense of relaxation while you sleep and also to help with waking up throughout the night. 

I would recommend you set a timer for when you want to wake up as this will keep going when looped. There are no lasting suggestions and the only goal is to get you relaxed for sleep and to keep you there.
