This is totally left field but I decided to make the theme Underwear into therapeutic hypnosis file for feeling sexy and self empowered! 

So, in this hypnosis session we talk about how sometimes putting on some nice underwear can make you feel sexy and confident, this will start to lend itself to times in your day to day life where you need a boost. You can out on those pants and go out into the world knowing that you are amazing, sexy and proud of who you are. 

There is some talk of looking at yourself in a mirror so keep that in mind, it could stir up feelings. Because we are also talking about your levels of confidence and pride in your appearance and self worth it could be touchy for some people to want to tackle these feelings. If you have issues of self worth and confidence beyond those we can work on in this session, it might be an idea to seek further help locally.
