ASMR Hypnosis For Relaxation (Patreon)

Let's talk hypnosis, whispers and all about how we can relax you after a stressful day. 

This is a really basic relaxation induction using a variety of techniques in order to get you thinking about hypnosis, what it is and how simple it really is to let go and relax into the whispers. This is another trial run of my H4N Pro, so let me know audio wise what you think! 

The induction is very much like a traditional relaxation induction it has a mix of visualisation, auditory and imaginary fixation, dissociative language and more. I weave tales of my life now into the induction and keep it really open ended so you can enjoy the ride. There is a part where you can put yourself into a relaxing scene, this is very imagination based and if you "can't do it" dont stress, just take your time to breathe deeply, focus on the whispers and see where the trance takes you! (There is an optional wakeup on this one)
