The suggestions in this file are when you wear the "collar" (real or imaginary) with someone you trust to control you, then they will take full control over your body and mind. During this experience you will be moved into positions both standing and kneeling (so make sure you are able to kneel all the way on the floor and move around a fair bit) as well as have your brain turned off and on.
