Someone asked, and how can I turn down my favourite type of file to make! 

SUMMARY
This file I will fractionate you, a lot! Fast fractionation, slow fractionation, and even a new trick that you can add to your trigger list, a self fractionation trigger that happens with movement. There is a bit of movement involved in this file so, as usual make sure you are in a comfortable place where you aren't going to be disturbed for the duration of the file. 

TARGET AUDIENCE
This is a general file, anyone can listen. It is all about fractionation and just going up and down. I will say if you don't like snapping then this isn't for you as this file is FULL of finger snaps. 

SUGGESTIONS
Like my other fractionation files I add a little bit more reinforcement to the basic trigger after the induction as well as give you a new self fractionation trigger. When you are in a place where you have time and space to do so you can gently raise you hand and lower it, as you float it up and down you will be able to fractionate yourself. This can also be used when with others, so let me know all the ways you choose to use it if you do!
