Here is the first go with the new toy, so lets get you nice and fractionated...

SUMMARY

This file will take you nice and deep with a short metronome induction and then give you a trigger that will drop you with each ring of the bell, but only for a moment. Then we have a play with the different settings before letting you sink down deep for a moment.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Anyone who likes to be fractionated. This file is 100% vanilla and general for everyone. As long as you like ticking and bell sounds you should be able to use this file.

SUGGESTIONS

This file implants the suggestion that each and every time you hear the bell on my metronome you drop into trance for a moment, before waking back up to continue to stare at it. Then we play with this suggestion for a little bit, speeding up the bell and seeing how far we can push this before you give in and fall into a nice deep trance.
