The way I felt about mind control in books and kids TV made me feel very confused in my pre-sexual youth. When I saw how much Kaa stuff there is on Tumblr I realised there were a lot of similar experiences.

Hard for me to say if there were any cartoons that influenced my hypno fetish. For me it was much more comic books. Superman and Superboy being hypnotized. Sue Storm being turned into "Malice". Stuff like that.

As a teen, something in between 11-13 years old, I found a book about autosuggestion on a flee market bevor the internet, early nineties. Besides Batman II was full ot it.
