How to install the patch:

Just unzip anywhere and then move the contents to your HS Tutor 0.12.0 folder, overwriting all the old files.

Hints:

To unlock the backyard scene with Madeline and Amy, you must first have done the celebration event with Zoe and Mila. Then you need to have done the two sex events in your house with Madeline and Amelia, but in such a way that they end with Madeline being introduced by Zoe and Amelia having sex in the shower. To do this, first do the celebration event and then invite Madeline and Amelia to your home at least once.

Hannah's first event takes place 1 day after she catches MC fucking Mila at school. If you have already done this event in an old save file, you will need to go to the city map for the counter to "reset" and the next day Hannah should visit your house in the afternoon.
