Pirate Loyalties: "God" Enel (Patreon)

We had to get a bit outside the box with this one since Enel's power shouldn't work on Luffy, even in a tg where the rules are malleable. Instead its unexplained cursed treasure... I dunno, they can't all be super clever.

The design for Luffy here was based on some of the women attending Enel at God's Sanctuary who do have this sort of Nun/Greek Priestess look. It was a huge pain to actually find references for them though, I wound up having to watch Skypeia episodes at 4x speed to find the right scene where you can just barely see them for a few seconds.

Enel also doesn't have a flag so instead I used one of the Raijin symbols on his drums.
