Pirate Loyalties: Saw-Tooth Arlong (Patreon)

Another one I shaded before getting the real shading done so congrats, another semi-shaded post for the Bunny Girls.

This one doesn't super make sense in the context of the actual manga where Luffy first meets Arlong. I sort of forgot he doesn't meet him until the big fight at the end of the arc. Charo as a result had to write around Luffy not looking especially angry in the first panel.

I decided to have Luffy's Fishman form based on a Barracuda because of the way Barracudas hunt by bursting forward like a rocket. I felt it fit in with Luffy's Pistol/Rocket fighting style (at the time). Though, he presumably is still useless in water so...

Next Month's will be probably the biggest jump in arcs we'll see in this series as we say goodbye to the East Blue.
