Eli Gets a Pet... mine. (Patreon)

Somber not-sexy post here for a moment.
In real life I've had a little fur-ball I've lived with for the last little while. A long-haired chihuahua named Buddy. He's been the cute little guy who always welcomes me home from work and makes me feel companionship when I need it. I adopted him as an elderly dog from the Humane Society and knew my time with him may be limited. Sadly it's proving to be more limited than I anticipated. My dog has lymphoma now and a heart condition and will pass on soon. It's been rough to deal with and has made it tough to get out in the world when I just want to spend more time with him.
However, I've been blessed with the ability to create a world of my design. And I think I know something that would make this world just a little more magical. So instead of losing my dog and my friend, I'm gifting him to the character I've created.

a few notes worth mentioning:
- The page after this will have Eli checking with the local authority and finding that there is no registered owner and no one claiming the dog, so he's offered the ability to adopt.
- Buddy will not have anything to do with any of the inappropriate bits in the comic, hes a cute background character and comic relief, nothing more.
- I plan to post this page publicly, whatever shape it's in, on the day I lose Buddy. I appreciate your understanding if content slows down a bit here as I get myself together.
