At the moment I'm working on an illustration as a promotional piece and I'm trying to take my time on it and do it right. I thought I'd show you my process so you don't think I'd disappeared. Still not sure I'm done with all the base aspects yet, but this is what I've got so far. Still gotta finalize some partsand then get into lighting, shading, and detailing.
Debating redrawing the far background buildings, and I still need to add a transparency layer to the windows of the car so it looks like it has them. What do you think?

Jack ‘n Out, classic. Also thank you for using reference to draw the vehicle, convincing but cartoon appropriate.

Haha yes Jack 'n Out is supposed to be a world appropriate combo of Jack in the Box and In 'n Out glad you got a kick out of it. Eli's car was always inspired on the back end by the Honda Odyssey, both in tail lights and the make logo, but as a hatchback from a fictional auto maker, so there's been alterations to make it something I'm comfortable calling my own creation. 😊 A nice chunk of my time on the illustration was me trying to add details to it that made sense and helped add realism without departing the art style. I'm happy with the product so far
