Basically...Mana is the Chakra and Nen of this world 🤣

They teach about the tree in history, like yeah this is a thing, this exists, but don't teach how to use it in most schools. 

Though as Sara said, most people have very little to none, and you'll have to focus on training, trying to build up some basic control. (and still, no guarantee you'll be good at it)

And you'll also have to register as a magic user, with an approved legal license.

So most just don't bother with it and just live their lives without using it.
