Quick Update! (Patreon)

I know everyone's tired of me saying sorry--I am too.

Feels like every time I say I'm gonna do better, the universe conspires against me.  More dental issues, nothing new, and now my computer is going.  I've had it for a while, some junker parts I finangled together inside a mini tower.  But now the age is really showing.  USB ports aren't working whatsoever, my screen needs to be unplugged and plugged in constantly to work (probably an HDMI port issue, not sure), and to top it off, my computer's bluescreening a ton.

Obviously, this makes working really difficult.  Even a simple flat colored image, a tiny file, is making my computer chug.  I'm afraid to work because of constant bluescreens and work in small bursts.  My MOBO is very small and not powerful at all so it's been having issue for a few months after I got it.  But it was cheap, and my prior computer set on FIRE thanks to our MIL/DILs house's electrical not being set up right.

An old fiasco but I'm sure a lot of you recall.  It's why I had to get a new computer quick.

ANYWAYS, all that aside, I AM working but it's very slow going.  I have two commissions in queue, both flats but one is a reference sheet and I'm worried to work on it.  For those wondering how I'm streaming on Twitch, I'm borrowing my husband's computer, but he also needs it for his work and general uses so I can't always be on it.  

AND I'm sure you all know the world is in a computer shortage right now so I can't exactly just up and buy a computer, mainly because that's cash I don't have and ALSO because I have no credit score so I can't use things like Affirm.  I'm pretty much stuck until we move and I still dunno when that'll be.  We were aiming for June the latest but it's looking unlikely :/
