I don't know how I forgot you do the dewclaws on most werewolves and it really shows here. Ah ties... I could see werewolves in general having trouble with them.

Well, they're actually the big toe, but I can see why they'd look like a dewclaw. I never knew what to do with the big toe when I was younger so I just...left it there but 5 paws on a wolf looked funky lol

Hmm I thought the thumb/big toe was essentially what dewclaws are. I'd guess it's because a lot of anthro artists either hide the 5th digit in a non-dewclaw way or try to stick 5 onto a paw so outside of actual were animals or quadrupeds you don't see it often.
