Rie Hata came out to tell them all about the Mega Crew Mission: "it's a mission with a lot of members"..... Wow. I'm glad they brought in such an experienced and decorated icon in the industry for that 😑 Hmm I could've sworn you've reacted to Lee Hi before, but I couldn't find a reaction. Anyway. I'm sure I've recommended her once or twice before. She's a great soloist. The song Deep 'n Dap used was a sped up version of "No One". She has an episode on killing voice (which I recommend, but I also think you've already seen this). Yes, that Viviz Untie performance really was something 😊 When Kirsten mentioned showcasing New Zealand, I immediately thought of Mamamoo's Starry Night. Such a shame for the bad weather. Yeah, "Showing off" and "Utilizing" your location are 2 separate things. I'm not sure which one was the objective. "When the Krumpers and the Waackers come together, it's like the Aveng.... it's like Exodia" 😋 Mannequeen included Winter and you said that there didn't seem to be that much drama, and I almost went: "dra-ma-ma-ma-ma" 😄 I loved the Mannequeen performance, the classical music with the whaacking parts especially, and that there was a bit of a story. And then 1Million surpassed that. Wow. 👌

It’s a shame, Deep n Dap brought their absolute strongest performance of the season but still can’t seem to catch a break. I think that they deserved to win their mega crew battle considering how well they did, and the fact that they lost to Jamrepublic even after Jam lost 100 points for not meeting the member quota, kind of implies that Deep n Dap performed much worse than they actually did. While JamReplublic had three good parts of the mega crew mission, they felt very disconnected to me, like watching three different performances. However, I think it worked out that their original plan fell through, because even in good weather, someone probably would have gotten injured dancing on the sand. I feel like Mannequeen had a similar issue in the sense that even though they had my second favourite performance, Buckey’s part in the middle felt very sudden and disrupted the flow of the performance. I’ve never really been a 1million fan but they undeniably had the best performance this mission. Absolutely no words.

That’s not the case though… it was due to how well they used their surroundings. And as explained jam was more interactive with their surroundings instead of just dancing in-front. However, that’s not to say deep N dap did not absolutely execute their performance ;)

Initially, Manequeen was so impressive with how intricate/complex their performance was that I really thought it wouldn't be topped but the judges did a good job pointing out the flaws. I guess that's why they're the experts. 1M on the other hand was immaculate. The girl that did the split down the stairs and then the front forward flip is Debby and I wish it was showcased more how amazing of a dancer she is. I would even she's one of the best at 1M but she's maybe one of the weaker (hate putting it that way) choreographers which is why she gets overlooked so much. Also, at 27:25 the other girl beside Yell that they were looking at is Yoojung Lee who is immensely popular as well. I'm pointing this out bc A) I'll always take an opportunity to point Yoojung out and B) if you ever end up watching Street dance girl fighter 2 which is airing now Lia brought her in as one of the masters on 1M's team. Also, at 1:48:27 is Tina Boo on Dara's back right. She helped choreograph this masterpiece and she's the one who Mina was talking about in the first ep when she accused Lia of taking credit for someone else's work in regards to Sumni's Gashina. While I wouldn't say I think the judges were wrong in choosing Jam Republic I actually prefered Deep n Dap's more. It just looked more thought out to me but then again as much as it pains me to say this, I would've actually sent them home last ep. They were the weakest performers that challenge and Tsubakill was robbed!
