For the Moonbyul ballad backstory. Before she had the chance to actually sing on group songs and started her solo career, Byul always released cover of songs on her birthday as a gift to fans. Snow was the first she made herself for her birthday (which is on her Dark side of the moon album) and after that she started releasing one every year. Last year she released an album called The present which had the new birthday song and the ones from 2021/2: Present, A miracle 3 days ago and Chemistry. Fun fact is that Moonbyul was invited by Music Bank PD himself to sing Snow on the music show for a special stage because he had liked it so much. She was incredibly nervous because back then she was struggling with her vocal confidence and that was her first solo stage on a music show and with a ballad too.
