I honestly think they already renewed just haven’t announced it yet. We have to remember that YG are amazing at marketing BP. They’re doing a lot right now and it would make no sense for them to be touring this long, less than two weeks before their contract ends, and continue to add more dates to their tour as we speak. They most likely renewed and did some serious negotiating with YG. If they weren’t going to renew their contracts, they wouldn’t be touring for this long already. That “see you in sept” at the end tells me maybe they’re planning something to celebrate their debut anniversary, maybe a few surprises who knows. Because last time they said bpm would return in a month was when jisoo was putting out her solo project

With contract negotiations, it's - generally - a good sign if you're not hearing anything. That means that there's no roadblock or that anyone has cut off negotiating. When things are going smoothly, everyone keeps their mouths shut so as to not get the public riled up and involved, but, if there's a roadblock, one or both sides will make public statements to try to get the public on their side. Imagine the pressure BP could put on YG if they made a statement that YG wasn't negotiating fairly. Also, Lisa, Jennie and Jisoo have given very personally revealing interviews recently, and I haven't seen a hint of anything that would indicate that they're sad about BP breaking up - and they would be. This concert was a while back, but, if Rose' thought that this might be her last time performing in Australia as BP, do you think that she wouldn't have been crying? ;)
