- my personal ranking 1 Rush HOUR 2 BIG NAUGHTY 3 HOPELESS ROMANTIC 4 WANNABE /DAY 6 5 WEEKENDS -most of my Bias are in the Puzzle team (Yoreum, Nana, Yeeun, Yuki, Jihan etc..) so my support before the start of the episode was for the Puzzle team - XD love the new Taeyeon's catch phrase "Queen assembles" now they're like the avengers . - team RUSH HOUR I was thinking of a WWE promotion match with the car arriving LOL. very good performance with enough creativity and change to make the song their own it's very hard for a girl group to cover a song originally meant for men. all the girls shine but the center of the performance remains NANA I am so happy that she is (finally) the attention she deserves. -team WEEK END pleasantly surprised I was a little afraid for this team because covering the songs of a legend is always complicated. but they did a really good job of the staging ideas and the addition of a rap verse changes the song just enough to make it different from the original and unique. and i agree with DG this concept is perfect for JOOE it is with this kind of concept that she became popular her first performance was a bit confusing. Going from a cute and happy concept to a sexy and dark one doesn't work for everyone. -i vote for team RUSH HOUR but if team WEEK END wins I understand perfectly. here is my thought when I saw the show. -team HOPELESS ROMANTIC well on paper this combination is deadly we have the 2 best singer of the show who sings one of the most popular ballad sung by the most popular trot singer LIM WON YOUNG. normally the games are made that this sit the young or old who watches the show Bora and Kei had a very good chance of winning. it's the thing that only good singers don't need a big set, props or big staging, just a microphone, good lighting and a beautiful voice and it's in your pocket. _DG if you don't know look at some performance of the show "IMMORTAL SONG" it's a show where the greatest Korean vocalist whatever the genre performs we very often have legendary performance. -team BIG NAUGHTY the biggest surprise of the episode for me Chanmi was particularly cunning and clever she knew that technically her team could not compete with the duo Kei & Bora so they prepared a more emotional performance and it worked on me big time heart for Juri and FYE. for me no matter what team she is Juri brings a very positive vibe I think the group that will come out at the end of this show needs a girl like Juri who adapts to any concept and brings a real freshness in a group. - because i love surprise and drama i vote for the BiG NAUGHTY team but of course Bora and Kei win as expected . - team Wannabe big slap in my face. at the beginning I said to myself shit an ITZY song as I do not stane the group I was afraid to miss the performance. then I said to myself that it would be an opportunity to see if I don't like the song because it's an ITZY song or because it's not a good song. and I loved the performance several things make this version a good version for me. 1 I like the members of the group and in particular JIHAN. 2 rock arrangement of the song which completely changes the vibe of the original song and makes it much more addictive for me. 3 the staging and the voices Jihan is a very good singer, her voice comes out well wooyeon is also perfect and Sangha is a very good rapper who wrote a real rap longer and more relevant than the original in my opinion. suddenly it completely changes the song all the girls we shine. I would be curious to see, for example, a version of Wannabe by dreamcatcher, something really metal. - team DAY 6 normally there is all for me a perfect rock song for anime. Miru ( i know i simp way to much on her ) but she's so lovely and great vocals it's a good performance really cool . - at the end i din't vote because i can't thing between team DAY 6 and team Wannabe .

for the moment my top 7 is not very far from the real one 1 NANA (like the current real ranking ) 2 BORA (like the current real ranking ) 3 YOREUM (like the current real ranking) 4 JIHAN (she's in a ranking but at the 6 place) 5 YEEUN (she's in a ranking at 4) 6 JURI (she's not in a top 7) it's JIWON 7 KEI (like the current ranking)

Wow thank you for getting this up so quickly! I knew you were moving this up to Friday but you released it while it was still Thursday for me :) Rush Hour: I was very excited for this performance but it didn't live up to my expectations. It's a vocal performance and the members are in the recording studio and they still haven't decided on the parts and are planning on skipping the bridge?! I still liked the performance and anytime Yuki and Yeeun are the rap line for a team it's great. I just wish there was more time rapping instead of driving up and entering the building. Yeeun was trying to look so cool making that entrance and meanwhile Yuki is giggling, jumping, and high-fiving the security guard :) I liked how they showed Yeoreum planning out the formations for the performance since it's a vocal round and they're choosing to dance the choreographers aren't involved. Yeoreum starting in the crowd was cool. I think Suyun sang the best in this performance. Weekend: Is it wrong that my favorite part of this was when Taeyeon was introducing her own song? I thought Soojin actually stood out and sang this one the best which fits in with mnets story arc. But I would have preferred if they didn't replay the entire drama segment from last episode. I respect Yeonhee for doing the rap since she's not a rapper and I thought she did well but I'm not sure that Taeyeon's song needed a rap added to it. It was much closer to Rush Hour than I expected, but I'd still vote for Rush Hour. Until We Meet Again: The vocals are unmatched. My only critique is I wished that they had moved off of the podiums sooner as it felt a little static. Bora and Kei win hands down. I love how Kei keeps ending up doing duets every chance she gets. Hopeless Romantic: They did much better than I expected. Juri's vocals really stood out in this one. It's nice to finally hear Jiwoo singing since she isn't a rapper. Fye is pronounced with an F not a P like Fee, Fye, Foe, Fum. Dohwa is really standing out as a leader every single round. If she ends up making it I hope she'd get picked to be the leader. I have a feeling that if we had the lyrics translated on the screen then I might have been swayed by this performance. Like when Hyolin and Minyoung performed on Queendom 2. I really enjoyed the staging of the performance. Sitting in different places and then getting up and mixing around the stage and all that kept the performance engaging. Wannabe: I liked Jihan's guitar performance. I think its funny that they had a real instrument while the team performing an actual band's song had none. I thought Sangah was really cool and I liked how she performed on the side where the other team was sitting. I'm still not a big fan of her rap style though. I think her style reminds me of Cheetah and that's what's throwing me off. Maybe I'm wrong. Loved Seeing the Lightsum members in the crowd cheering for her. Juhyeon(from the boyz) and Chowon were the members I believe. This reminded me of when Jiwon, Mashiro, and Fu Yaning did a rock version of Mafia in the Morning on GP999 and I thought Jiwon stood out more in that performance but still thought she did a good job. I'm glad Wooyeon has been starting to shine these past few episodes. Also I loved them cutting to her when they were talking about how the weekend team must be nervous. Time of Our Life: I loved Young K's reaction to hearing that the other song was Itzy's Wannabe! It's also nice that Hwiseo got to talk to him since he wrote rose blossom. Elly has been standing out to me the past few performances and I thought she was really good here. I thought it was funny that Miru's skirt was a different shade of grey from everyone else's. She also shined in this performance. I feel like if I'd have seen the move they're referencing I'd have enjoyed it more. Since I've never heard this song before and Wannabe is my favorite Itzy song I preferred the Wannabe performance but I hope Time of Our Life wins this round. I'm glad this episode was just packed with performances since they have 10 to get through this round. I'm sure we'll rewind to the dance battle cliff hanger from last week at the start of the next episode though. Loved the reaction as always and I hope you feel better.

Thank you so much, Jared! Always appreciate your comments! Yeah, I actually had to film this reaction a bit earlier because I knew that I won't be able to film much during the weekend, so this was shot at midnight on a Wednesday (or Thursday I guess lol).

Oh shit, this came out EARLY. - The most dramatic game of Rock Paper Scissors ever televised. - Good lord, that outfit on Taeyeon - Yes, you pronounced Yeoreum correctly all throughout Queendom 2 but on Queendom Puzzle you started the Yereum thing. I just found it a bit odd. But you got it right now :) - Don't worry, I also whisper PUZZLE to myself everytime they do it. Rush Hour - On first watch I had the same issue with this performance as with the one on Boys Planet. I thought the energy wasn't quite there and I was quite underwhelmed. But seeing it a second time now, it's actually a lot better than I remember. This was really fun. Weekend - And in addition to the expelling drama, now there's yet more drama with the feedback sheets -.- - Now I want Mnet to actually rickroll us just once. And then witness the meltdown over on Twitter. - Nice City Pop rendition of Weekend. And also better than I remember from my first watch. - I'll still give the edge to Rush Hour, that was just a bit more exciting. - I JUST noticed that the lightsticks are the voting devices. That's pretty neat. - I have given up on trying to understand Mnet a long time ago. If we ever meet again - Yes, Taeyeon pronounced Fye as „Pai“ simply because „F“ is not a sound that exists in the Korean language. So some Koreans substitute it with a P. The correct pronounciation of Fye is still with an F though. - It's over, Bora and Kei teamed up. The other team can just go home now. - It's Kei's dating hour again. - I agree with Yeonhee. Bora's voice is unfair. - I don't care, I need both Bora AND Kei in the final group together. They just proved again that they're the two best vocalists on this show by a very wide margin. Hopeless Romantic - Dohwa just flipping the script on the producers, nice. - This was honestly perfect. The harmonies, switching between the members, the vocals themselves. They just have one issue: they're up against Kei and Bora. You just can't win in that scenario. Wannabe - I hope that was a cheap guitar. - YES! Very nice! Great energy, great stage! And Sangah is a menace. Time of Our Life - It's so nice to finally see a practice period where everything goes smoothly. - I love love LOVE this! Such an amazing feel good performance! This gets the edge over Wannabe for me. Yes, this was great. Six full performances in one episode. As always, here's my vote of this week: Bora, Nana, Hwiseo, Kei, Juri, Sangah, Yeoreum. I'm slowly but surely falling for Juri so it's about time I included her in my vote. And in a surprising twist of events, I think Sangah might turn out to be my favourite rapper on this show.

crispy chicken

- It's funny that Nxde just won while being the first performance, and Mamamoo won a lot while being the first to perform, yet these teams still prefer to go last 😅 - Taeyeon looking sexy - Yeah names are always a challenge. For example, there's: Soyeon Sooyeon Seoyeon Siyeon 🤪 Rush Hour - Quite a few interruptions (phone call, car, the bridge also lost a bit of the energy, the fake out). I liked most of them but could do without that bridge. Maybe add a dance break instead. - It was nice but expected a bit more from this great lineup. Also from the rap from Yeeun and Yuki tbh. Weekend - I'm glad Seoyeon's voice came out nicely. - I'm thinking whether it was a little awkward for Yeonhee to still be up on that stage while the other girls on another stage were singing. Wouldn't it be better if they just had lights on the active stage. - Yes, Pie 😄. In korean they don't really have an "f", so they use "p, (similarly, they don't really have a "v", so they use "b"). I've seen recent articles about Air Pulse One (don't google that), while they meant Air Force One. But in korean its actually written the same: 펄스 - Yeah, those bottles are definitely product placement. Kei and Bora - I liked Bora's low notes. A good reminder that she can do much more than "just" high, power notes. - I also liked Kei's power notes, reminding that she also got the power. - Cute interactions between Jiwoo and Dohwa. A 17 and a 27 year old, with 1 and 11 years experience 🙂 Dohwa, Juri, Fye, Jiwoo - I also loved Juri's tone - Fye rocked that adlib. A shame she didn't got to be on camera there. - I also think Kei and Bora should take it, but these girls were surprisingly good. - And the Oscar goes to Bora Wannabe - Best performance so far for me. Bora and Kei were vocally better (of course) but these girls ... rocked it! Time of our lives - I really like Elly's happy energy - Everyone really brought the energy! Except for Chaerin. Sorry. - Yeah, both were great, so whatever the outcome, the real winner is us ☺️

Mercavo

my team for now: 1. Kei [locked] - main vocalist, v-ce leader 2. Nana [locked] - main dancer, lead rapper 3. Hwiseo - lead vocalist, center 4. Bora - main vocalist 5. Rhaegom

I think they end up now showing who wins on-stage for a few reasons 1: So on-site audience can't post spoilers online 2: When teams do things like put eye drops in to pretend to be crying (lmao calm down Nana) that we as viewers get a few seconds of that "oh wtf they really lost??" moment!

KyrainMcLeod

It is a bit unfortunate, that anytime someone calls Fye as Pie, I'm thinking of DC Yoohyeons dog... 😅
