Firstly - Taeyeon looking stunning as always "personal reason" I do hope they are ok, and its actually because of reasons and not the crap you read online, one day we might know the real reasons Yes Kim Su-yeon is who you are thinking off I feel BORA needs to be a little careful, if she keeps trying to one up the others it could potentiality be bad for her and turn the others against her etc I actually agree with the 7v7 results it is what I would of picked, although I may of chosen FYE as a MPV Nxde - I really like the idea of being controlled like dolls to portray the songs meaning - don't let her cuteness or Weeeklys concepts sway you from seeing how amazing Jihan is Fighting - I love this rendition, super fun, entertaining and crowed pleasing and feel it deserved more than 209 - Yuki rapping is always amazing

- I think it's so cool and mature of the girls to volunteer for the rap parts in the Snap Drop team. Sure, some/all of them have rapped at some point before, but they could easily have chosen to be difficult about it. - When I first watched the mv's I had the same feeling about Pick team seemingly having more budget. But after this episode I rewatched all the mv's and I noticed that Pick team had only 1 cut-to-another-scene while Drop team had like 5 or 6. That creates so much more energy. Camerawork also seemed better at adding energy. - I agree it was very cool of Dohwa to look out for and empower the youngest. - BaNana 😄 gotta love Juri. - About these points, I'm with you that they don't mean all that much to me either, but another point 😉 is that it seems like they always increase the number of points with every round, which would make the points you get in the previous round(s) more or less meaningless. - Yeah, you could've watched the performances just before 😄 Then the team selecting would also be more suspenseful. - about these votes and "how big the gap is". Remember that each judge can only pick 1 team. So if you'd ask a judge how the 2 performances held up against each other, they might say: 55-45. But it will make him/her choose the 55 team. Every judge has to make that same decision, so even if you feel like a 7-6 would be more representative, it might just end up 13-0. - after watching the performances once, I would've voted for both Pick teams, and I was very sure about Snap Pick. So when I heard the result, I was in disbelief. But after rewatching them after this episode, I can see why Snap Drop won. It's exactly what the judges said. They were hungrier, more desperate, made you feel things, all the same intention, while Pick team were stronger individuals. - "we dropped the pick team". Nice one Kei. - so, first, the individual performances were judged by themselves. Then second, these signal songs were judged by judges and themselves. And now the upcoming third round will be judged by the audience. I'm beginning to question what all the global votes are for? So far they've had no impact at all, so it doesn't really make me want to vote... 😕 - You are right that Nana didn't think about Jiwon having done the same concept many times, and she did with Wooyeon. But that's because Wooyeon is also from Woo!ah. - Since the mvp's weren't able to switch members around (I think), they ended up really considerate with the first ppl, but the last ppl were just used to fill the last spots. This made me wonder who decided the order. - Shut Down team looks fierce af. - Fye-ting 😄 We might have to call these mom-jokes if they keep this up. - About Boa's song, the song is amazing and the dancing in it is amazing, but I always felt that the dance was kind of a weird match to the song (that did make it interesting in some way though). So I won't be disappointed if they decide to not go with the same or similar choreo. Some of it IS iconic though 🤔 - I already love seeing these girls grow towards each other 💞 - And it's so good to see them finally be able to have a say in the performance. Normally everything is always predetermined for them. Must be really liberating, and a real fun challenge. Nxde - I like the concept of the stringed dolls breaking free very much. But dancing with ropes is always risky and never really impresses me. It limits their movement and is distracting imo, so l would've preferred the dance break to be without ropes (they already freed themselves didn't they). But nice performance regardless 👍 - Votes right after the performance? It's similar to Immortal Songs, and I don't like it. You can't really vote who you like better since you haven't seen them all. It's such a weird (and flawed imo) system. Fighting - you can see they are a bit new to thinking about production since they are thinking more on a detail level (clothes, ID card, etc), as opposed to Hyolyn for example who thinks about how to optimally use the stage and the complete image. But I'm sure everybody will grow in this, like every Queendom 😊 - I really liked Elly's energy and smile. - they lost a bit of energy when waiting for the stage to go up. Queens assemble ... and roll out! (in Optimus Prime) 🤖

Oh god, not her dancing skills, expressions or vocals, but the stupid nickname BaNana made her stick in my head 😅. "I don't know how to react to that number." made me almost fall out of my chair laughing. It's kind of a theme with this show. But since it's not OVER 9000, I was not really impressed.

It's getting so tired. - Chaeyeon just gave her team a head start on the dance practice and dipped. I kinda respect that. - What else are they supposed to say other than „personal reasons“? It's the most neutral way to say it. - You're the first one I've ever seen point out similarities between Yeonhee and Dahyun. It just never occurred to me. - Gabee just sitting there in her sunglasses looking expensive af. - You're comparing Zoa from Weeekly to Sheon from Billlie. Another comparison that never would have crossed my mind 😄 Like, I can somewhat see Yeonhee and Dahyun but this? Zoa has these really big round eyes and Sheon has sharper cat-like eyes. I don't see much of a similarity there. But that's just me. - Looks like the rain scenes weren't even a conscious decision, just an unfortunate circumstance. - They gave Fye an earpiece for translations! At least we won't get miscommunication drama like on the Planet series. - Now you got Hwiseo's name right :) - Could you imagine if Bora dropped Chaerin? The performance videos are uploaded in advance to hype people up for the show and act as a trailer of sorts. Imo it was perfectly fine for you to watch them when you did. - I tried finding Choi Young-joon's height but wasn't successful. - Banana Vibe! - Between the two Charismatic teams, I personally prefer Pick team with Nana as the MVP. But if I had to choose an MVP from the Drop team, it's definitely Suyun! - All of these people talking about how Kei has never done dark stuff before and I have to ask, have they never seen Lovelyz's Obliviate? Their final comeback as a group was so much darker than anything they've done before. - When I first watched these, my pick was the Pick team. But honestly, now I'm not so sure anymore. Either way, my MVPs are Hwiseo and Bora, respectively. - This is what I keep saying, Nana is just the best! - THANK YOU. I'm getting so fed up with the constant Avengers comparisons. - Looks like the fancy fireworks didn't give them an advantage. - Kei, the duet queen. - Nana thought about the style with Wooyeon because they're in the same group together. - The one thing that really bugs me about this is that they put all three members from Cherry Bullet on the same team. - BoA's Only One is a very different song than Forgive Me. You'll see next week. - Kei and Soeun are legit dating at this point. - Ageed, this „anticipation rating“ is completely unnecessary. - Some people in the audience even brought SNSD lightsticks Nxde - The rehearsal had me quite worried. The ropes add so much complexity and many potential points of failure. - But, fuck dude. This was so amazing. - Jihan surprised me so much. Weeekly had a really bright upbeat style but she does this so well! - Suyun. What can I even say about her. This song and concept were perfect for her. - Nana being amazing as always! And she's such a good rapper too. Very different from Soyeon but so comfortable in her own style. Love it. - And Dohwa! This is exactly what I was missing from her UpDown Battle performance. Sexy, seductive, amazing levels of control in every move, vocals on point. This is where 11 years of experience shine through! Dohwa got me fucked up for real. - Good thing that they're not showing the score to the audience. It could influence their voting otherwise. - Without a frame of reference, I really have no idea if 222 is a good score or not. Fighting - Quite the contrast in the meeting compared to Nxde. I don't like these vibes. - Juri is that person who got teamed up with people who have little interest in the assignment and now she has to do all the heavy lifting. - The Korean title of this song, 파이팅 해야지, more accurately translates to „You HAVE to do it!“ It's a kind of super-motivator, in the sense of, no matter the odds, no matter how much you don't want to, you just gotta pull through and do this thing because it's super important. Ironic how fitting that is to this team. - I was worried but this was really good. Especially the end where they started to interact with the audience a lot, that looked like so much fun. I'll still give the edge to Nxde but I was pleasantly surprised. - Yuki's rap part is new, yes. They didn't cover Youngji's part from the original song. - Only One is probably not even gonna be the first performance of the next episode. We know how these Mnet shows work. - Do me a favour and never do that French accent ever again, thanks 🙂 Quickly going over my vote for this week: Nana, Bora, Hwiseo, Dohwa, Suyun, Yeonhee and Yeeun. The first three are my eternal trio that I'm always going to vote for. Dohwa really won me over this time. First with Snap and then obviously with Nxde. I've been on the Suyun train since Advice but Nxde further sealed the deal for me. And I really wanted to give Yeonhee some recognition for her amazing efforts throughout the show (and that Dumb Dumb performance from ep. 2, holy cow) Yeeun, by principle. This group needs the best rapper it can get and Yeeun is exactly that!

My heart said 'Fighting' but my head said 'Nxde' so overall I wasn't going to be disappointed by whichever outcome. I find the scoring system weird though. It's hard to properly rank them when you don't have the whole picture each time you vote.

Yeah I know, but that's the FINAL group. They could've just as well opened voting a week before the finals then. (and yes I know the votes that are cast now will probably all be added to the final tally. I wouldn't be surprised if Mnet later comes up with something like "votes in the final week will count triple!", rendering previous votes quite meaningless)

Btw I'm not saying that I don't like it that the people have no influence, because it certainly has its merits: if you leave it up to the people it might just turn out to be a fan war, where the girls from the most popular gg gets the most votes. It might very well still turn out that way but at least the other girls will have time to shine and show off to the judges at least.
