All 4 of them have been on the Korean mask singer. If you want to watch it I would recommend looking on the Mamamoo index doc or otherwise just look up the whole episode because they regularly do not post the full performance to Youtube.

About Solar being tired, she has actually talked about how hard it was to learn the hip choreo for her to the point that she cried. With the past back injury and her body not being really able to handle how strong the choreography was at first and her being in general the one that learns dance moves more slowly. She is always so hardworking and seeing how much progress she had made in dancing through the years makes her so admirable really. Hip was the first time they went for a hard choreo so they all struggled a bit at first but they nailed it as usual and now look at them.
