Just going through the performances we saw : AJU NICE TEAM I will just inform you for the interim since I learned this thank to Hangyul (ex-X1 who won PRODUCE X101) on PEAK TIME. He said usually, in survival show like this, you have an interim literally the next day you have the mission so you don't have much time to learn so it's no surprise if the teams at first aren't good at all. It's like a set up so MNET can make the story of "they weren't good at first but look at them now" depending on which interim they choose to take the footage from. 😂 Cong deserve so many praise because he is such a good singer but also a smart one. He know he can't reach the original note or at least do like Seungeon from K-GROUP so he change it at his advantage and this is damm smart move, I love to see this. You seriously need people like that because it's so helpful, he was able to not make mistakes thank to that. It's with this performance; I knew he would become one of my pick definitely. Also he is actually such a good dancer (do waacking, he did high heel dance in his pre-debut video etc). I'm glad you pointed out the fact Ouju recovered quickly, it's not easy to recover from a mistake but he did, it's also great that he didn't show it that much. For K-GROUP, Seungeon is a beast, in my opinion, one of the best vocalist we have in the show. He is actually a Carat from what I saw today, MNET release some littles behind videos of them playing, being together etc and we saw him with a SEVENTEEN merch. I feel like Mun Junhyun at the start of their practice, even if he made mistake, it wasn't that visible, it didn't sound that bad but you could feel it actually went worse little by little. I feel like people pointed it so much that he started to lose confidence a lot, it didn't help him and he couldn't recover, it's a shame but i'm glad he hold it. Dongyeol, Seowon, Jiho and Woonggi are already idols so they have no problem on stage. (Woonggi = ex-TO1, Seowon/Jiho = NINE.i, Dongyeol = UP10TION) You will love Mingyu the more you see him, he may not be good at dance and vocal but passion 10/10, you can see his determination to do well, also he already have the variety factor. He always here to make you laugh. Honestly close match, both teams were really good but totally okay with K-GROUP winning. I'm just sad seeing Cong result, I do think he deserved a score a bit higher KTL TEAM Chen Kuan Jui totally OP character, learning and memorizing the choreography just by watching with his legs stretch. This man flex everytime he can, he seriously have no bone in his body. G-GROUP killed it, one of the best cover of KILL THIS LOVE in my opinion. I don't have much to say on them honestly. Every one of them killed it. Also I'm not sure if some people mentionned but Wang Zihao on this team, who did krump, he is from Lay (EXO) agency. K-GROUP, honestly there are only two people who caught my eyes here : Hwanhee and Gunwook Hwanhee is also one of my pick, he is from UP10TION, he is such a good vocalist and it's a shame he was sick during that time and couldn't show his best because he is a beast (He also gained a lot of attention during his debut because people thought his voice when he sang was similar to Baekhyun). They said he had flu meanwhile on another site, the subtitle said vocal cord nodules which is even worse so he did his best considering his situation. Gunwook have so much stage presence and all-rounder. Not even surprised at G-GROUP winning and I'm glad they did LOVE ME RIGHT Team Cliffhanger for K-GROUP Actually, most of the members of G-GROUP are experienced on stage that's why they are doing great. Haruto was in LOUD (PSY and JYP survival), Anthonny participated in Produce 101 Japan Season 2 (Ranked 18th), Haru doesn't have experience on stage I think but he is a great dancer, Dang HongHai doesn't have experience neither but he is trainee under FANTAGIO (ASTRO and WEKI MEKI agency), Winnie is from the group NINE.i (same group as Seowon and Jiho who were in K-GROUP AJU NICE), Jay did the survival show UNDER19 and have several solo songs etc. Wumuti is maybe one of the most experienced in the group (killing part but not really show compared to the others killing part, this is what happen when you are Chinese, he get more screentime on the little Youtube videos then the broadcast, nobody surprised). BOYS PLANET is like his fifth show? He did several dance and vocal show, he went throught SUPER IDOL (who have 3 season) to debut in the chinese group SWIN-S but there was lawuit due to mismanagement. He went to UNDER19 (same show that Jay did and Seunghwan who actually debuted in the final group of this survival show, so the three of them know each others), he was on the performance team but impressed people with his vocal during their MIROTIC cover and his rank was really high during UNDER19, he could have debuted but for personal reason he left the show and now he is back with BOYS PLANET. He is my number 1 pick since I know him from UNDER19 and I followed everything he did (he have several cover, one with Rocky from ASTRO since they are friends, he also have his own song etc) Also I will add informations : MNET will play the miscommunication storyline on several G-GROUP because they actually don't allow translator to help the trainees when they are in group so if they don't have some trainees fluent in several languages, it can be a mess. (For example, people who have Keita are fine since he can speak Japanese/Korean, Wumuti can speak Korean/Chinese and a bit English, Haruto is good at Japanese/Korean/English). BACK DOOR G-GROUP, I can't tell you if everything is editing but there are some editing done yes and it will continue on the next episode. Some eliminated trainees (I won't name) in their live said at some point, some were trying to translate in Chinese for others. (I know for example, Shuaibo in their team isn't good at Korean) so honestly I think it became messy trying to do everything the same time and also since I don't know how much MNET cut.

Also at the start, you were talking about if Hui would be able to promote in 2 group and that someone gave the example of SUPER M, I feel like it's different with survival. Minhyun the Star Master is a good example of how it's work. He went to PRODUCE SEASON 2 with his group NU'EST, he ended up in WANNA ONE line up and actually couldn't promote with NU'EST so they made the sub-unit NU'EST W to wait for his return. So, I don't think Hui will be able to promote with PENTAGON if he end up in the final lineup, I feel like that's why people opinion are divised on the question of voting for him or not

- And you can't really compare this to SuperM because SuperM only does very infrequent promotions. The members still have the time to promote with their original groups or solo. But look at how busy Kep1er has been since GP999 ended. It's gonna be the same for the Boys Planet group. If Hui makes it, he will simply not have the time to do anything with Pentagon. - Refund Sisters was a one time thing. They're not gonna have a comeback. - You can just call Eunkwang by his true name, Silverlight :D - According to Spotify, Monsta X was my most listened to group of 2022 and Gambler was the song I heard the most from them. But I think he himself writes it as Back Koo-young? The subtitles are quite inconsistent, switching between Baek and Back all the time. - No, what this means is that all of the judges watched all of these performances again so that all six of them see every performance. With how this was set up, the judges were split into two groups, so everyone only saw half of the contestants. I see a Pinfari looper and there is a vertical loop visible but it's on the wrong side and it uses the wrong track profile. It's like they took the loop from a completely different roller coaster and just put it in there for no reason. God, I need to ride some coasters already, I'm experiencing withdrawals. Can't even focus on the performance because I'm being distracted by background roller coasters. - Some hiccoughs there from G team but overall solid performance. - Mingyu, you are a very likable guy but you really need to work on your stamina if you're serious about this idol business. - I hate to say it but there's a reason why so many groups lipsync during their live performances. - Junghyun is in a position that I absolutely do not envy. - Damn, Seungeon might be one to look out for. - Ok, so K team had some minor problems as well but overall they took this one home for me. Mingyu in particular really surprised me! - Oh, nice to finally see Harry here. He really gets almost no screentime compared to the other judges. - Oh my fucking god, can Patreon please not drop the video quality so much that I can't even read the subtitles anymore? K team has quite something to live up to. - PATREON YOU FUCKS STOP DROPPING THE VIDEO QUALITY I CAN'T READ WHAT ANY OF THEM ARE SAYING. - I get what Hwanhee is trying there but that high note lacks in execution. - Okay, it's better in the actual performance but still not perfect and that was quite risky. - Very solid but I'd give it to G team. - Yeah, fully agreeing with the results. - Gunwook has NOTHING to be ashamed of. - A battle for the ages, Jay vs Hui. - Guys, you have Harry as a rap master in your roster already and instead of just using him, you bring out this new guy? - K team doesn't seem like they're properly working together as a team. - I can definitely see the influence of NCT Mark on Haruto's rapping. - So here's what I think: Hui does hit higher notes but Jay's singing style fits this song much better. Hui is trying to do too much. - Holy fuck, I think Jay just secured himself a spot in my personal top 9. Possibly Haruto as well. - I don't like that they're pushing only one of the two EXO performances to next week. Creates quite the imbalance in the voting as people will vote for the G team members for a whole week without getting the chance to take K team into consideration. This episode is already way too long so why not just have both performances in episode 4? I think the reason Gunwook didn’t get picked is that he seems very egotistical when the show starts. Like that was what I noticed about him more than any talent he had or good looks: his ego and thinking he is right all the time. Maybe that’s something the other K group members saw, or maybe it’s something else. Also, to make up for his lesser dancing ability, Hui has a tendency to OVERsing. He does too many adlibs and rearranges things to be his own way too frequently. He is a magnificent singer but sometimes he over does it and the people don’t like it. Cha Woong Gi (in the yellow beret in Very Nice, k group) is the member of what was TOO on RTK. He was the young one who fell sleep in the practice room and the rest of the group went to the roof and he woke up and had to find them during the Rising Sun performance episode.
