Also, they wouldn’t say it on the broadcast, but there are fan theories that the child in I’ll be your man is an homage to Hyunjin. That they would sacrifice to bring him back. Since when they first talked about the song, they specifically said that it could be interpreted not just as a love song but someone precious. And when they went to make rings they made 8 rings and the child statue wears one. It will never be confirmed though cuz they don’t/can’t discuss the hiatus period. But for me that’s what makes the emotion even more raw …that they were missing someone precious

My absolute favorite performance was probably "Love Poem" by Eun Kwang, Seungmin and Jongho. Concerning the "speech bubbles" most of them just said, what Bang Chan was saying. However there was one in between that said JYP 바보/ 히히 사랑해요 [JYP pabo / Hihi saranghaeyo | JYP dummy/fool/idiot / Hihi love you].

I don't recall there being any rules about tone or flipping the script or anything for the week when they traded songs. They just had to cover the the other group's song in their own way. So, the judges just literally didn't like their performance as much as the others and that's fine. They probably didn't understand the complexity of it. It was too deep for them in that moment. But we all know that it's a stellar performance, so those "expert" judge opinions don't really matter.

Thank you again for a fun and interesting reaction video! I actually realized while watching this that I have not seen the Kingdom Week episodes fully before, just some parts of them. So it is especially great to watch these now. I agree about the I'll be your man performance, it truly is great. It might actually be my favorite out of all the Kingdom performances, although there are a lot of great ones. But the story is just so touching (I guess I like dark stuff too), and the way all of them get the emotions across with their singing/rapping, facial expressions and overall acting is amazing. The desperation is so clear. The design of the performance is incredible!
