I was "only" a helper in an institution which focused on teaching people with (mental) disabilities jobs, but we had a "closed" department. From my knowledge there were only two reason for denying a patient his freedom: 1) She/he was an immediate danger to herself/himself (e.g.several patient were severly into self-harm, as in repeatedly hit their heads against the radiator) 2) she/he was an immediate danger to others (I never encountered this kind of patient) If a patient (we called them a version of "cared for") wanted to leave, it was a bit difficult. We had no right to detain them, however letting people with the mental capacity fo 6-year-olds wander around was no option either. It usually involved a lot of convincing and worst case calling their parents/legal guardians.

I love the director and the cook/landlady and how they handle situations so much. I'd like Mun-yeong to step up and be supportive, too, but I think being a nuissance is the best she has in her. I am pretty confident that Sang-Tae has the capability to understand that Gang-Tae deserves another relationship, however Gang-Tae keeps reinforcing his possessiveness. Also drunk Juri is hilarious!

- Like others have said under the previous episode, a mental hospital is not a prison. If a patient decides to leave, they are free to do so. - Yeah, if I acted upon every little intrusive thought I've ever had, I would probably be either dead or in prison for manslaughter. You know when you're standing on a train platform and think „I could easily push that person onto the tracks“ Obviously I would never do such a thing but those thoughts exist. - Nothing better to break up a fight than an elderly woman with a knife 🔪 - Noo Gang-tae, you deserve happiness too :( - Yeah, sometimes finding out is a good thing. You just won't know until you've fucked around enough. - Not this kind of ASMR, no 😅 - Maybe it's Gang-tae who needs to realise that he's not his brother's property. - Great job Sang-in, I bet that went exactly as you planned 👍 - We are making progress. Only very little, as Sang-tae is still claiming ownership over Gang-tae but progress nonetheless. - To be fair, Mun-yeong kinda deserved that slap. - Ah, it's fine, Ju-ri and Seung-jae have been sleeping in the same room long enough - Park Ok-ran has been sus for a while but now shit's going down! - The mom is so amazing. - okay what the fuck seungjae - Like I said, shit is about to GO DOWN

The music that was playing halfway was "You're cold" by Heize. That's an artist I can definitely recommend checking out at some point. She does have a Killing Voice performance but the full songs/mvs are always gonna have my preference. For now I would recommend "You, Clouds, Rain", or "On Rainy Days" (both her version as well as Beast's version are great). You will hear her famous song "Round and Round" eventually when you'll check out Goblin. I liked that Sang-tae was also angry at Mun-yeong for lying to him. No preferential treatment there 🙂
