Ugh SWF... Here's my opinion: I loved that they made a show for (backup) dancers to get some well-deserved attention, but I didn't like this show that much. And in my opinion there weren't that many good performances either. At least be prepared for: - Distasteful dancing. Shaking your ass in minimal clothing, as if that makes for good dancing. - Gang-bashing on Chaeyeon - Disrespectfulness and constantly trying to intimidate each other (because of the battle-nature of the show) - A LOT of makeup - To my knowledge DG is not that well-versed when it comes to dancing, so I don't think you should be expecting deep analysis like he does with lyrics

same than crispy chiken . that a good idea to put spotlight on back-up dancer .they' desreve to be notice . but you got a lot of more important and interesting show to watch before . SWF is a good show for fans who already watch plenty other survival . but like Crispy chiken said i don't like the spirit that look more like an occidental survival show lot of bashing , trash talk and twerk .

Yeah, there's no need to get personal, I understand if some may not like a show I'm reacting to or will react to but at the end of the day whatever show wins the poll is the show we proceed with, it is only fair :) I can't say that my reactions to lyrics on the YT channel have translated all that great to variety shows with my reactions on Patreon, it is about having fun with the content I'm watching, and so far SWF is dominating so I can't really dismiss it :) I was always intrigued by SWF ever since the first day I heard of it, so I'm not mad if it wins, I'm quite excited, even if I'm no dancer :) I'm excited for whatever show wins, honestly :)

Don't worry Crispy Chicken I agree with you - I am the same about the show, yes it's really good to highlight the dancers because they do fully deserve recognition etc but for me the show wasn't produced very well

@DG yeah I totally get that you want to watch it. It was the same for me. Because it was SO popular it was one of those must-watch shows to know what the hype was all about. And the show totally achieved in getting more popularity for the dancers and makes you recognize them in K-Pop videos. I also like that they get appearances on other shows. And especially Aiki and Gabee are really good at variety as well. DG already has a few encounters with SWF dancers (in Queendom 2 they helped the 3 dance groups, in Jessi's mv's, in Bibi's mv, etc). So it's nice to put a name to their faces/recognizing them.

It's fine everyone has different opinions. I just wanted to add my own because it started to feel a bit one sides. Personally I voted for Good Girl so if that or SWF wins I'm happy. Always had a bit more difficulty with enjoying shows like the produce series because most of the candidates are so young in those shows so SWF was a nice change of pace.

I did not see the show but I am sad if this is the vibe it has, I hope it is not that bad as I imagen. I love survival show but I hate when they are done poorly or when the focused is on the chaos or girls fights/tension.

Didnt mean to get personal. However, calling the dancing "distasteful" because of their clothing and because they twerk is very disrespectful to the dance community. They have all the right to wear whatever clothes they want or that makes their dancing easier. When it comes to twerking, it is a dance move in the hip hop dance genre, typically done by women. It is no worse than other dance moves, so i do not get why you are talking down on it.

as an korean i will say than it's way more tense than in over survival show . that could be not that bad for a western fans cause they got plenty survival show more hard than us . but for a korean show it's not for sure a " feel good show" it's a fight between all crew . i usualy don't like that kind of show and like i said many more show can be better but it is what it is . if that show win it's okay . but i vote for Good girl . we got to me some of the best performance than we got in 2021 on korean TV .
