"Never letting go" / "I love Too" / "Tears" or 놓지않을게 in Korean has quite a story. Mamamoo had a rough start, basically grinding smaller stages , sometimes2-4 a day, to get recognition, and well, a paycheck. During one of this small stages, they sang "Love Lane" when all the Moomoos held up signs saying "Never letting go" in Korean (see above). Years later Solar wrote a song with that name as thanks to the fans. Every time they perform this, it's kind of a conspiracy between Moomoos and the stage team to try to make the members cry. Moonbyul: Works every time, almost immediately. Girl has a huge weak spot for her fans. Solar: Usually follows Moonbyul a few seconds later Hwasa: Eh, 50:50 from what I have seen Wheein: Hasn't cracked yet. Possibly a robot. I just realised how far behind I am on these, let's change that. - Solar can do quick maths. It's not correct but it is very quick. - When I was around 9 years old, I was gifted a synthesizer and even learned to play two songs from the inbuilt software. Basically just memorized the exact keystrokes. I never took any actual lessons tho and a few years later we sold the thing. I do still have the guitar that my grandparents got for me around the same time. And I never learned that either. I'm honestly not sure what they were thinking, I never expressed any interest to learn an instrument, never asked for them and yet I got two. - But regarding pianos, I saw Evanescence a few days ago and that moment when the grand piano just emerged from underneath the stage was quite special. Also, Amy Lee is an absolute powerhouse of a vocalist. Aaand now I'm imagining a potential Mamamoo x Evanescence collab. It'll never happen but one can dream, right? - Yup, Moonbyul right there is just about the extent of my own guitar skills - Hey at least you tried. I didn't even start any lessons and the guitar was sitting in my grandparents' basement for 13 years, collecting dust. - Imma be honest, I have no idea what all of this has to do with the concert but I like the vibes - Ah right, promotions, got it. - I took a quick look at the setlist for that Moosical concert. They performed more than 30 different songs, including that legendary Immortal Songs Medley you checked out a long time ago. It's more likely this concert lasted around 3 – 4 hours, if not more. Mamamoo concerts are fucking LONG. - I've not been to a Mamamoo concert but I have seen them at a Festival here in Germany back in May. Only four songs though which is basically nothing compared to the 34(!) songs they have on their current tour. It was good to see them live but that whole festival was a farce. I probably already talked about it at length in another comment. For this tour, I just hope RBW remembers that Europe exists. Out of all groups, Mamamoo is the one I most want to see in concert, probably followed by Stray Kids and Twice. But JYP likes to ignore Europe so I'm just banking on RBW now
