Nxde is a fricking masterpiece!!... maybe not my favorite musically but lyrically... holy shit!! The fact you can interpret the lyrics in so many different ways - they made me think of a few things: 1) How in SK there is still a huge gender equality gap and how (some) males still expect the wives to have the "yes sir, no sir" submissive attitude, 2) The expectations on female idols and 3) Social media - and how men ogle over females and use their... imagination With a little not of subtle hater call out Did all female idols have a meeting or something because holy shit so many female empowerment releases - and i fricking love it In my opinion male groups/soloists need to majorly up their game to topple the females from the top Oh also.. the visual of the drawing being shredded actually happened.. one of Banksy's art was for sale at an auction and during the bidding it destroyed itself in the same way

Couldn't agree more, a full 3-hour podcast can be made about that MV and its concept alone, seriously 😅 Seeing some comments on my own reaction or on the official MV make me feel like NXDE is a variation of Twice's Perfect World, the context/meaning/message is completely missed because in front of it there's a beautiful woman that is dancing and smiling.
