after listening to the album and their previous "apocalypse save us" I am convinced of one thing. given the structure of these 2 albums I am sure that HAPPY FACE had originally planned to release only one album. because this one is filled with songs that would have complemented the previous one. so i think happy face separated the songs and added the girls solo in save us and put the rest of the songs in follow us . without the intro and the ontro it makes a very small MINI album. but commercially it's smart and the girls can do 2 promos with a single album originally. this is also one less added songs in their world tour they have just finished their American tour and will start their European tour with 4 new songs. I just took a plane ticket to go see them in Paris in November 7 thousand kilometers to see DC. That's how much I love this band. - my reference song from this "album" is Fairy tail . Love the album (and ordered all versions), love the girls, they all look so gooood. "is that the power of Yoohyeons abs..." has to be my new favorite quote from you 🤣 The only thing I'm sad about is that they released the same day as Mamamoo, which I feel had reduced DCs chances of a win to a low possibility - but I hope I'm wrong

Thanks for the album reaction! Glad you enjoyed the B-sides! I really enjoyed your analysis and interpretation. Admittedly, I'm not perceptive enough to put all of that together so quickly. I'm envious. Those were definitely some wholesome songs. 🥺 Their ballads always fuck me up. I won't even lie, I started crying during your analysis of it. 😭 I always skip their ballads when I have their discography on shuffle because they'll hit me hard, if I'm not prepared. Man, the ballad from the previous album, "Always", hits so hard. When they did their comeback showcase show for Apocalypse: Save Us, some rude person had the great idea of them singing "Always" as the first song. It was the first time DC had been able to perform in front of a live crowd of InSomnia since the pandemic started. The girls were tearing up. I'm just assume the crowd was on the floor crying. I cried. 😭😭😭 It was rough. Even though they were still finding their own vocals colors during the time, the ballads in their first two or three albums hit too. Also, yeah, Dami can sing her ass off. Listening to hear sing early on to singing now, you can tell how much she's leveled up. Gotta love noticeable growth. Thanks again, man!
