- There have certainly been shows where one of the leads is a singer and has done songs for the OST of the show. Not the best example since it was a drama about idols (so naturally the leads were going to have to sing in the show), but in Exy's drama earlier this year she sang quite a bit for the OST. Here I don't think it makes much sense to have Jisoo doing a song for the OST. - In my limited experience, Korean dramas do lean quite heavily into the use of music. - Man, this show keeps getting more intense and there are still 6 more episodes.

They asked Jisoo to do a song for the show, but she said no. She thought that it would be too distracting and take attention away from the acting.
