For idols in general, it is the company deciding on hair color and hairstyles. Because of that, one hint to an upcoming comeback for a group is when members start sporting a change with their hair. I'm sure BTS have a fair bit of latitude when it comes to such things and will work with the company to decide on it. I think I mentioned previously how Hwasa broke the rules before their debut and cut her hair short. There have certainly been other idols who occasionally break the rules and do their own thing. Man, that plate of sweet potatoes... The penalty was them doing the dishes, which they showed a quick shot of in the end. Episode 21 is something different.

BTS in the kitchen is always fun. Suga and Jin have been consistently good in the kitchen which you will see in IN THE SOOP or vacations. RM is not someone to put in the kitchen ever. Jin has commented a long time ago that seeing RM in the kitchen is how he knows God is fair. V likes the decorating and plating aspect the most.
