Anyway, I know that some people cannot do Patreon for financial reasons and I always said that their support on YT already means the world to me. I'm not sure where is the OP coming from, but yes, money is important because otherwise how would you support yourself.

Most people don't understand the economics of reaction channels. Just ignore the comment. I'm an entertainment attorney in the US, and I used your tier pricing as an example for another reaction Youtuber who wasn't charging enough. If the channel is not worth your time, then you'll stop doing it. Everyone deserves to be paid if they deliver something of value to an audience, and your reactions have value as creative works, independent of the original video. Patreon is designed to help you deliver that value and collect a fair wage in return. Most reaction channels start and then stop when the host burns out. Reaction requests are usually the killer, but underpricing your Patreon tiers also does it. You are doing great. Keep focusing on quality, and you'll do fine.

Hey Daniel, honestly these kinds of people and their comments... best to ignore. You have plenty of reactions available for free on YT, and her 'I'm already paying for the Internet' comment really shows that her logic is kind of... off. Just keep doing what you do, there will always be criticism, some valid, a lot of it in bad faith. That's just a part of being on the Internet I guess. Keep up the good work!

At first, I was so scared to charge $5, I thought it would be too much but I looked at a lot of other Reactors who do Patreon, and that kind of put everything into perspective, plus I guess when you price these tiers you don't only have to think about how you start and the fact that you have 0 reactions on Patreon, but rather think about how in a few months you're going to develop a "library" of content, so that made me think of the bigger picture, and of course knowing how much of a cut Patreon takes for its platform, it kind of made me feel more comfortable about charging $5. Thank you for your comment, Robert!
