Glad you liked it!!! MAMAMOO's discography is easily one of the bests if not the best in KPOP. They are musically amazing (as a group and as soloists!). You should check out HIP, AYA, Starry Night MVs! Their songs sound so much better LIVE ngl. You should watch their year-end performances and concert stages.

- Before they started to really break out, they spent a lot of time performing live and grinding out the festival scene. Sometimes they would perform multiple festivals in a single day. Add in overall the strongest set of vocalists, it is easy to see where they get their confidence in performing. - They certainly started out with a more jazzy feel. Another great song of theirs for that style is "Piano Man". "Aah Oop" is another great one. They did that with eSNa, who had a hand in writing and composing on those early jazzy-style songs. - Besides their very very early stuff, Moonbyul writes pretty much all of her own raps. This includes when they are doing covers. All of them do an amazing job of being involved in their music-making process. - Moonbyul is also sometimes is referred to as Moonstar, especially in her own raps. Byul means star, hence the dual names. - I Miss You is such a great song here to really show the power of their vocals, which I would assume is why they went with it. - For recommendations, there are so many places you can go with Mamamoo so it depends on what kind of song you want. For a badass song, "Hip" is great. For more of a ballad "Starry Night". Classic girl crush "Yes I Am". Down the road, I suggest checking out some of their great b-sides like "1cm" which is sort of a rap diss song, and then there is "Aze Gag" which is just Korean dad jokes, but certainly check out their title tracks first. - If you want to check out live performances, I suggest checking out the songs they did on Immortal Songs 2. They went on that show quite a few times. My favorite is probably Delilah (the Tom Jones song, not the Plain White Ts song), but there are plenty of others like Wonderful COnfession. - Now that you have seen a bit more of half of the members, you really should check out Refund Sisters, which consists of Uhm Junghwa, Lee Hyori, Jessi, and Hwasa. They only have one song "Don't Touch Me". I would also love to see your reaction to Jessi's Killing Voice. - Finally, last year Mamamoo's sister group Purple Kiss made their debut. Slightly different style, but still amazing performers. I think you will absolutely love their debut song Ponzona, but their comeback Zombie is a great song too.

I think I've seen the name Refund Sisters pop up quite a bit during my Jessi reactions. And actually, I think I saved Hwasa's "I'm a ë¹›" right when it came out but I never checked it out unfortunately, I'll make it a priority for February tho, along with some other groups I've been meaning check out like Monsta X and Rolling Quartz! Purple Kiss sounds great too! Appreciate your comment, as always!
