And Fuck FNC. Sorry but because of this freaking company who don't know how to manage multiple groups, and never did anything to properly promote their groups, we lost Cherry Bullet, one of the most talented girl group. How can you fumble the bag so bad when you have 2 of the most insane vocalists aka Park Haeyoon and Kim Bora. Instead they sent the girls in those types of competition show where people were impressed with their talent but not enough to vote for them, to make it to the finals groups.

X1 (which came from Produce X 101, aka season 4) was supposed to be around for five years even. The first half of that time in exclusive contracts and the second half with more open contracts that would have allowed for simultaneous activities in their original companies while still remaining active in X1. Similar to how IOI was set up. However, X1 was forcefully disbanded less than 5 months into their career due to the whole Mnet vote rigging scandal. They didn't even get to have one single comeback. - Kep1er also initially got two and a half years but they recently extended their contracts, except for Mashiro and Yeseo. They will be returning to 143 Entertainment and join LIMELIGHT as new members. Limelight was already great as a trio and the addition of those two (plus two eliminated contestants from Produce 101 Japan The Girls) will be a huge asset. Kep1er will continue with 7 members after July. ZB1 is the same with a two and a half year contract. And since I mentioned PD101 Japan already, the Japanese versions of this show all formed permanent groups with JO1, INI and most recently, ME:I. JO1 and INI even had a collab stage at last year's MAMA awards. There's also the Chinese spin offs known as Produce Camp. All of their groups existed for exactly two years. The latest iteration of the Produce Format is Chuang Asia: Thailand, which had its finale just under two months ago and formed the group Gen1es. They haven't debuted yet but they're planned to promote for three years. - Side note, apparently the non Korean Produce spin offs don't have the Mnet style evil editing. There's way less manufactured drama and it makes for a much nicer viewing experience and also a fairer competition. - Btw, when DID you get birds? Heize – Don't Know You - Cheetah shows one thing quite clearly again: as long as you're clearly trying to do your best, the judges will appreciate you. They mostly get annoyed when you're just phoning it in. - To be honest, Minyoung is still the MUCH better rapper in this group but still, Hyewon's progress is admirable. - And the vocalists too! Minji is great but god DAMN Chowon! Yeah, there's a reason why all of the most memorable parts in Lightsum's songs come from her. Ariana Grande – Side To Side - Man. It's not even like Bae Yoon-jung is being particularly mean with her comments (just very straightforward) but I just feel bad for Sian here. - Daniel, have you considered learning how to death growl? Because you sound like you're already pretty close 👀 - What I need is a fan edit of all these Mnet shows that removes the fake outs. - So aside from how WILDLY age inappropriate this is for Wonyoung, this was honestly amazing. BoA – Merry-Chri - I would like to point out that they performed a Christmas song in the middle of July. - Wow. Just wow. - On that note, I just want to mention that, while Cherry Bullet have just recently disbanded, Haeyoon has also announced her solo debut! Demi Lovato – Sorry Not Sorry - The trainers are right, this first draft of the choreo is a mess. - Yeah, when you try to emphasise everything, you end up emphasising absolutely nothing. - HELL YES! A much more focused effort and the final results are amazing. - Also, Eunbi out here trying to steal my heart even more than she already has. - Still don't like this song tho 😬
