Marvelous as always. Those two companies could have worked together and do some sort of licensing agreement, but noooooo. Also, I would have loved to go to a place like that as a kid, and sign up to be the TV anchor. There was something similar to that in the Chicago Children’s Museum back in the 90s, but this looks a lot more advanced. Can’t wait to see more of this story. :)

This one hits close to home! I still remember going to La Ciudad de los Ninos for the first time. It was so special. I have very fun memories of learning to make sushi, playing in the firehouse, and making pastries. The entrance via the plane gave me goosebumps. The layout created a similar 'land' system to what traditional theme parks have, but being able to run around on your own and spend time wherever you wanted added a whole new layer of fun and independence. For a couple of years, having your birthday party at La Ciudad de los Ninos was the ultimate status symbol. This concepts is considered one of the biggest (if not the biggest) Mexican addition to the theme park world, and it still surprises people when I share KidZania came out of Mexico! I didn't know any of the corporate and business drama! Perfect fit for Defunctland. Can't wait to share this one with folks back home.
