Possible delay for December Mini-animation (Patreon)

Update: I'll need to delay the Mini-animation playblast further, by a day or two. It's clear I won't get it done today at least. Parts of it are just taking longer to animate than I thought it would take. Renders should be out on the first week of January still though. Current estimate is end of Sunday for the PB.

Hey!

Just a heads up, that it might take a few days longer to finish the new mini-animation than expected. I expect it to render around 5 days, and I doubt I'll get it rendering until the 27th, depending how long I'm tied up with Christmas stuff.

In case someone pledged this month for this video in particular, I'll create a separate folder where I'll post the final version of the clip (will be posted on discord). I'll keep that link working at least for the first week of January, before updating it to the refreshed January gallery link. Just in case. This way you'll be able to get it, even if you cancel your pledge, as it is something that has originally been promised for this month.

I'll still aim for the final day of the month, but it's going to be very tight, even if I were to assume that everything went perfectly during rendering. I'll try to post a playblast tomorrow, but if I'm not happy with the progress before I need to stop for the day, I'll post a finalized playblast on the 26th/27th, as I won't be home on the 23rd-25th.

Sorry for the (possible/likely) delay!

If this will take until the first week of January, when do you think you will be done with the diminishment chapter 2 p1?

The rough estimate is still pretty far away, so I'm not going to give any specifics regarding it. But as the rough estimate stated, not before the end of February at least. Keep in mind, that is the optimistic guess. A more likely guess would be the end of March, but even that is a guess at this point. Impossible to predict that far.

In case you meant the next preview playblast for that part, that will likely come out around the 8th-14th of January, depending on if, and how much this thing gets delayed.

PB Should be out within the next 24 hours. I'm almost done, but I still have roughly 6-12 hours of work left to do, but I need to get some sleep, hence the 24 hours.
